IMPORTANT NOTE:
The displayed heatmaps are composed of individual indexed images for single genes.
Internet browser commonly save these images in their cache for faster access for faster presentation
when using CyanoEXpress again. However, during database updates, the index of genes in CyanoEXpress
might change and thus does not correspond to the images stored in the brower cache anymore.
In this case, you may notice that the displayed fold changes (which are the correct ones)
do not correspond to the displayed colors. For instance, the heatmap shows green color for an expression level,
despite positive log fold changes shown for a gene under a certain condition..
To avoid this, the frames have to be explicitly reloaded or more simple and effective:
PLEASE DELETE THE CONTENT OF THE BROWSER CAGE IF A NEW CYANOEXPRESS VERSION WITH ADDITIONAL DATA
HAS BEEN RELEASED.
